Fascia, Trauma and Healing At birth we arrive in a state of pure love and fluidity, with fascia that is soft and liable. However as we navigate life, fascia becomes the first line of defense against emotional, spiritual and physical trauma. When we don't fully process these experiences, they become stored in the fascia, causing it to shift from a fluid state to a hardened restrictive one - like cement. This work is about unlocking your inner physician - your body's innate ability to heal.
